Loafkeeper Post-Holiday Diet Plan

Like most folks, I ate way too much over the holidays and gained a couple of pounds. It's okay, though, because I am following the (soon to be patented) Loafkeeper Post-Holiday Diet Plan. It's not quite as simple as my famous Snickers diet, but it still seems to be working.

Loafkeeper Post-Holiday Diet Plan
Step 1: Buy a house with a very long, winding, hilly driveway.
Step 2: Wait for tons of snow followed by several weeks of below freezing temperatures.
Step 3: Do not clear the snow from your driveway.

That's it! If you try it, let me know how it works for you!

Don't forget Stage 2, where you increase the burn by carrying your daughter or a bale of hay!

I'd like to help explain this "Diet" further. The driveway is 1/4 mile long with two hills and one valley. Even without any snow or ice it is difficult to navigate on foot for this old grandma. The "kids" have to park the car next to the main road and trudge back and forth each day to the house. The car can't make the journey. They have to carry all their supplies plus Anya each way. So much for GLOBAL WARMING!

Yeah, I was gonna ask Andy to pick up a pizza for dinner last night, and then I realized (A) he couldn't carry it and Anya and (B) it would be frozen by the time it got to the house. What a bummer.

Good luck with the diet.......... I wanted to write and thank you for the calendar! I really like it and plan to save each year like a photo album. Sorry this doesn't fit better into your topic, but this is an example of my computer savvy.....I KNOW how to reach you THIS way!! Love, Aunt Linda
